   You can request a return within 7 days from the date you received the product. Items shipped more than 7 days ago cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Requirements for returning merchandise:
   • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
   • Customized products(such as wood of specific size or design, custom furniture, etc.)No returns or exchanges, this is because custom items are made specifically to your individual needs and cannot be re-marketed or resold. Therefore, please carefully confirm the required size, design and material when ordering to ensure that the product exactly meets your needs.

3. Return Procedure:
   • Please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service will reply you within 24 hours and guide the return process.
   • Please send the returned goods back to the address we specify, and the return costs will be borne by the customer, unless there are quality problems with the goods.
4. Exchange process:
   • If you need to exchange the product (for example, the size is not suitable, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with corresponding replacement services according to your needs.
